Multi-phased tenant build-out and mechanical systems renovation for Georgetown University. Our scope of work included the demolition and abatement of an existing lobby and tenant area in a historical trolley station. We removed a majority of the HVAC components in the lower levels, ductwork and piping in the upper level and garage area, as well as the removal of an entire chiller.
