Complete gut of an administrative/library building at Catonsville Community College. Scope of work included demolition of all interior finishes, including all HVAC systems and stairwells. Rooftop equipment and building façade elements were removed with a crane. Abatement of popcorn ceiling finish was also part of the scope.
